Adult League

Who Can Play:
Adults 18+ of all skill levels are welcome!

7v7 Coed Format:
Games are 7-on-7, mixed gender. Teams may have up to 4 males on the field at one time. A minimum of 5 players is required to start a game, and at least one female must be on the field at all times.

Player Experience:
Each team will receive league administration support, certified officials, and all necessary game equipment. Prizes will be awarded to the championship teams in each division.
